For my personal interstitial I am going for a kind of newspaper feel like this but a lot more simple. I like the more physical side of graphic design (books, magazines, packaging, etc.) so that is why I'm going for this effect. Still thinking about how I will be moving my name and other text around so I would love to hear some feedback!

    I really like this effect! Maybe you could mess with blending modes to make the text feel a bit more incorporated with the background? Maybe some ink bleed or distressed text effects? I saw a tutorial earlier today that is kind of a crumpling paper effect that could really go along well with this effect!
